We are currently registering patients who live in our catchment area .

Gresleydale Healthcare Centre:

Open from 8.00am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday to make appointments; order and collect prescriptions; and make enquiries.  GP surgeries operate from 9am-12noon and from 3pm-5.30pm in general.  Nurse appointment session times are variable.

Complaint? What to do if things go wrong:

Every day, many people benefit from our services.  The Partners and staff, who plan, organise and provide these services, aim to give you the very best standards.  However, from time to time, things go wrong. 

If you think we have not lived up to your expectations, we want to know.

Feedback forms are available from our receptionists or you may prefer to write a formal letter addressed to the Practice Manager.  All complaints will be dealt in accordance with NHS Complaints Guidelines. Alternatively, you may prefer to have your complaint handled by:
