Thank you for visiting the Gresleydale Healthcare Centre website. We hope you find it beneficial and informative.
You will find a wide range of health resources to help you get the most out of the Health Services we have to offer.
We are currently registering patients who live in our catchment area .
Surgery Opening Times:
Gresleydale Healthcare Centre:
Open from 8.00am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday to make appointments; order and collect prescriptions; and make enquiries. GP surgeries operate from 9am-12noon and from 3pm-5.30pm in general. Nurse appointment session times are variable.

What to do when the surgery is closed:
If you need urgent medical attention when the surgery is closed you should dial 111. This will connect you to the NHS 111 service free of charge which is provided by a local organisation: Derbyshire Health United. You will need to be assessed and directed to the most appropriate point of care for your particular needs.
You can also dial 111 if you require health information.
If you require an appointment at the surgery please contact us during normal opening hours.

Every day, many people benefit from our services. The Partners and staff, who plan, organise and provide these services, aim to give you the very best standards. However, from time to time, things go wrong.
If you think we have not lived up to your expectations, we want to know. Please ask our receptionist what options are available to provide feedback or alternatively, use the form provided on this website. You may prefer to write a formal letter addressed to the Practice Manager. All complaints will be dealt in accordance with NHS Complaints Guidelines and our complaints leaflet is available here.
