Partners:

Our doctors work in a partnership and as a group. Although you are registered with a named doctor, you may see any of the doctors in the partnership.

Dr Redferne:

Dr Jennifer H Redferne (Female) MBBS (University of London 1988), FRCGP, DRCOG, DGM, DFFP, PHECC

Dr Redferne qualified from St Mary’s in London in 1988 and works six sessions a week in the Practice as a three quarter time Partner.  She has an active interest in Postgraduate Education and is the GP Trainer for the Practice.  

When she is not busy collecting letters after her name she spends her time away skiing as well as looking after her three adorable daughters and they all live in a far away place in the middle of nowhere and which no one can ever find!

Dr Dhadda:

Dr Buk S Dhadda (Male) MBBS (University of London 1994)

Dr Dhadda qualified from St George’s in 1994 and works full time at the Practice.   His key interests are in diabetes and IT/Computing as well as teaching and he hopes one day to become a GP Trainer (when he is old and grey!)  He is also in charge of Practice finance.  He has completed a diploma in Diabetes Management and as well as leading our Diabetic Clinic he is also Diabetes Lead for the local PBC group.

Dr Kumar:

Dr Binay Kumar (Male) MBBS MRCP MRCGP DrMGR Medical University

Dr Kumar joined the practice as a full-time Partner in April 2010.  He is interested in teaching and has recently become a GP Trainer .  He also has a keen interest in musculo-skeletal medicine.  He likes to go trekking when at all possible.

Dr Noor:

Dr Ehtesham (Shammy) Noor (Male) BSc(Hons) MBChB MRCGP

Dr Noor qualified at Birmingham University in 2001, working in Birmingham hospitals for 6 years before becoming a GP in 2007.  He is the newest Partner at Gresleydale, joining in January 2011.  He has a particular interest in respiratory medicine and will be helping to run the chronic disease clinics.  In his spare time he is a keen golfer and enjoys skiiing.  He loves cooking and if he wasn't a doctor, he'd be a chef!

Mrs Clover:

Mrs Sue Clover (Female) BSc (Hons)  PGDip(NP) RGN  QN

Mrs Clover qualified as a nurse in 1987, having completed her training in the Queen Alexandra Royal Nursing Corps.  She has undertaken further post graduate training to qualify as a Nurse Practitioner and now works within the practice alongside the GPs.  When not at the surgery she works as an associate lecturer at Derby University.
