Private & non-NHS Services

The NHS does not pay for some of the services we provide. These include:

  • Private sick notes
  • Insurance forms
  • Holiday cancellation forms
  • Medical reports
  • Medicals eg: HGV , LGV ,Taxi , Employment medicals 
  • Fitness to travel certificates
  • Private prescriptions (inc scrips for anti-malarial medication  )
  • Some vaccination services
  • Power of Attorney 
  • Gym cancellation forms etc

Our fees for these services are in line with national guidelines. An annually updated list is available at the reception.
